A salary slip generator lets you put together a payslip — earnings, deductions, and net pay for an employee — and get back a formatted PDF, without a payroll system. This one runs entirely in your browser: fill in the form, download the PDF.
Add your company details, logo, and the pay period.
Fill in the employee's name, ID, and designation.
List earnings and deductions — net pay updates as you type.
Press "Generate Salary Slip PDF" to download it.
Yes — there's no paywall, no watermark, and no sign-up required. Fill in the form and the finished PDF downloads directly; nothing is held back behind an account or a payment.
Yes — "salary slip" and "payslip" refer to the same document, just different regional naming. Either way, it's a per-employee record of what they earned, what was deducted, and what they actually took home for a given pay period.
The Earnings column starts with a "Basic Salary" row — click "+ Add earning" for anything else, like a housing allowance or a bonus, each with its own label and amount.
The Deductions column starts with an "Income Tax" row — click "+ Add deduction" for anything else, like insurance or a retirement contribution, each with its own label and amount.
Net Pay is the total of every Earnings row minus the total of every Deductions row, calculated live as you type and printed at the bottom of the PDF.
Upload a JPG, PNG, or WEBP logo and it's placed at the top of the slip, scaled to fit — no need to resize it yourself beforehand. This field is optional; skip it and the company name prints on its own.
Employee name, ID, and designation each appear as their own line under the company header — fill in whichever ones apply; empty fields just don't print.
Type any currency symbol into the Currency symbol field — $, €, £, ₹, or anything else — and it's used throughout the slip, on every earning, deduction, and the net pay total.
Once you press "Generate Salary Slip PDF," the file downloads straight to your device, named after the employee — ready to email or file for payroll records.
Yes — the salary slip is generated in memory during the request and never stored on a server. No account or sign-up is required, so there's no record of employee pay sitting anywhere.
Small businesses without a payroll system use it to issue proper payslips each month. HR teams use it for one-off cases — a correction, a bonus payment, or a new hire's first slip before they're onboarded into the main payroll system.
Issue payslips without subscribing to a full payroll platform.
Generate a one-off slip for a bonus, correction, or off-cycle payment.
Produce a first payslip before someone's added to the main payroll system.
Issue a payslip in whatever currency matches where the employee is paid.
