Paste text, get a multiple-choice quiz from it
A quiz generator turns a block of text into a multiple-choice quiz — pick a passage, paste it in, and get back questions built from that exact text, ready to answer and self-check.
Paste a paragraph or article (20+ words).
Set how many questions you want and press "Generate Quiz."
Answer the questions, then press "Submit Answers" to see your score.
Yes — there's no paywall, no watermark, and no sign-up required. Paste your text and the quiz appears instantly.
No. It uses a rule-based method rather than an AI model: it picks a keyword out of each sentence and blanks it out, then builds multiple-choice options from other keywords found in your text. That means it's instant, and your text isn't sent off to a third-party AI service to generate anything.
For each sentence in your text, it picks the longest meaningful word (skipping short filler words like "the" or "and") as the answer, and blanks it out to make the question. The wrong answers are real keywords pulled from other sentences in the same text — not made up — so every option is grounded in what you actually pasted.
Set the Questions field anywhere from 1 to 20. The actual count may come out lower than what you asked for if your text doesn't have enough distinct sentences and keywords to build that many.
Once the quiz is generated, pick an answer for each question and press "Submit Answers" — your score appears immediately, right there on the page.
Students use it to turn their own notes or a textbook chapter into a quick self-test. Teachers use it to spin up a warm-up quiz from an article or reading assignment without writing questions by hand.
Paste your own study notes and quiz yourself before an exam.
Turn an assigned reading into a quick check-for-understanding quiz.
Test how well you retained an article right after reading it.
Reinforce vocabulary from a passage by picking out its key terms.
